


Employer branding
When the Danish scale-up Driversnote was faced with the task of expanding their team with many new employees, they aimed to attract the right candidates by demonstrating that they are more than just a tech company. In that context, we produced three long videos as well as 15 short clips, which were to be showcased on their career site and social media channels.

The idea was to showcase how great of a place Driversnote is to work. We accomplished that through the three videos "Meet the team," "What we do," and "Who we are." So, the videos demonstrated both what Driversnote does, how they work, as well as the team and the culture.

It was important for the videos to convey that Driversnote is trendy, serious, flexible, cohesive, and values the work culture. To capture the essence of the company in the best possible way, we conducted interviews with 7 employees from various departments, different countries, and different levels. Additionally, we filmed cover shots from the office itself, the surrounding area of Kødbyen in Copenhagen, and a team event at Kayak Bar.
